Technical Assistance for a Complete Architecture and Engineering Mission and Project Management Services for the extensive renovation of the ACP Building, Brussels, Belgium.

The purpose of this contract is to secure the services of a Bureau of Architects for the complete architecture and engineering mission and project management services for the extensive renovation of the ACP building. This contract known as Contract 2 follows on from the TA to initiate the process for the extensive renovation of the ACP Building (Contract 1) which was launched in June 2016.

The specific objective of the contract will be to provide the detailed design, support the process of permit approval as well as provide support to the Contracting Authority in preparing the ToR and relevant documents for the procurements procedures for the implementation of the extensive ACP House renovation including the supervision and project management of the extensive renovation of the ACP Building.

There must be a minimum period of 30 calendar days between the publication of this prior information notice and the publication of the corresponding contract notice. No applications or requests for information should be sent at this stage.
